Steph Leis, is a keynote speaker, published author, entrepreneur and event producer, but most importantly she is a dog mom, outdoor enthusiast and world traveler.

Her career started in the business training & high-ticket coaching industry in product launch management, and evolved into creating and producing large scale enrolment & fulfillment event experiences. Steph is now the Owner and Lead Producer of Paradigm Events, and is a sought after producer working with world-class leaders and global audiences in the celebrity coaching industry.

Steph authored Parable of a Broken Heart: A Guidebook for Surviving Separation & Divorce. By sharing her story of a life-altering divorce, Steph hopes to empower and inspire others on similar paths with the tools, techniques and resources she collected on her healing journey.

With a passion for transformational events & retreats, Steph loves being both behind the scenes as a producer and on stage sharing her story. As a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, she leads potent and empowering presentations for audiences ready to move beyond their past and into their best selves.

Based in beautiful Kelowna, BC Canada, magic is created in my home office, but I travel across the globe producing virtual, hybrid and in-person events and keynote speaking.
